Is there a setup fee for the Cloud plan?+
No, the Tredus ERP Cloud base plan has no one-time setup fee. Only certain add-ons like FBR Integration include a one-time setup charge.
Can I upgrade my plan later?+
Yes, you can add more users, warehouses, POS terminals, SKUs or full modules like Manufacturing and HR & Payroll at any time from your account.
Is my data backed up?+
Yes, all Cloud plan subscriptions include a weekly automatic backup of your business data.
Do you offer on-site support?+
Yes, on-site visits are available for Rs. 5,000 per visit plus travel charges.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
We accept bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa for all subscription and add-on payments.
